We The People?

Should hold elections and elect a non incorporated, non color of law President and Congress and send them up to evict the ficticious entity operating out of the law of necessity since 1861 when Lincolon by way of colorable executive order re-conviened congress after the southern states walked out of the general session taking away the quorum, shouldn’t we?
