What cartoons did you love as a child?

Obviously around this time you always get a number of different kids movies on to keep the little ones entertained as the adults try to deal with too much food and too much alcohol.

However, apart from a few classics I do notice that cartoons I used to watch as a kid such as Tom & Jerry, Bugs Bunny etc have all but vanished unless you happen to come across them on some strange digital channel.

So what cartoon character could get you to stop what you were doing and watch them when you were a kid?
