And do you feel guilty about it?
I always wake up with a to-do list in my head, even on weekends. I always keep busy and rarely sleep the day away.
Today, however, I’m doing it. Slept late, ate breakfast, watched the Rose Parade, went back to bed. I’m just now waking up from a 2-hour nap and I feel pretty guilty.
Should I? What is your experience with laying about?
