Would you feel safe from flu attending this party?

A boy is having his 2nd birthday party tomorrow, Saturday. Yesterday, Thursday, he was vomiting with a stomach virus. Other children will be there as will their parents. Would you go if you feared catching the flu? The child doesn’t know me from Adam but his parents are friends, sorta.
