How can i get followers on tumblr?

i feel like i have a unique blog but i am not quite sure how to get it out there for people to see. i post my own pictures frequently and i follow back as well.
moanybear.tumblr.com is my blog URL

I have it on good authority that you need to offer to follow somebody under the condition that they follow you as well.

works like a charm. i have nearly eight hundred thousand followers on the tumblr
