Do you have a creative way to announce an unmarried pregnancy?

I’ve been with my boyfriend for quite a while and we live together but my very large extended family has not met him yet.

We both have trouble with fertility, so this is a huge blessing to us both! My mother and siblings are very excited, as is his Mom. I’m sure my extended family will be, too, but I’d like to tell them in a positive, exciting way to set the tone. Any ideas??? :)
