What are some organizations you can join with a high school diploma?

In addition to the military, which is not happening for me, what organizations can one join that could give them money to use for let’s say community college and special training or work experience? I’ve already researched the Peace Corps and Ameri Corps. They all seem to want a Bachelor’s Degree among other things.
