What can I do? My toolbar on my Mac has letters too small to read!

I have tried System Preferences but my toolbar (Safari, File, Edit, View,Yahoo! , News, YouTube etc) are so small I can barely read them. I know it’s my fault; I pushed the wrong buttons somewhere. Help?
