Gotta be strong black coffee with Bushmills. Nothing else.

Good coffee with a jigger of Irish whiskey and cream if desired.

Depends on your definition.

I like a good quality coffee with Bailey’s and whipped cream, or strong coffee with Jameson’s and whipped cream.

Somehow I always need cream with alcoholic coffee, but without the booze I drink coffee black. Weird.

@Seek_Kolinahr “Somehow I always need cream with alcoholic coffee, but without the booze I drink coffee black.” I know! Me too.

I usually make it with Tia Maria or Kahlua instead of the whiskey so it is tehcnically Mexican or Jamaican coffee. I float heavy cream on the top.

You need one Irish man
One mug
Three heaps of coffee
Boil the water
Get the Irish man to throw the coffee and water into the mug
Add 50ml Irish whiskey and cream
Let the Irish man serve it while it’s hot
And that is a true mug of Irish Coffee served by an Irish man
