Do you know the name of this game?

All I can tell you about this game is that it had an isometric perspective, and the player character started to play an electric guitar if you idled for some time.
I also think it was for the old Game Boy.

I’m just basing that on the fact that it’s on Game Boy and has an isometric perspective…and the dude on the cover has a guitar. I haven’t played it haha.
