What Congressional committee(s) and/or Subcommittee(s) does the Transportation Security Administration cooperate with?

Also any explanation on why the TSA cooperates with these committees would be much appreciated.

The House Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, and the Senate Committee of the same name. But there are 108 different committees and sub-committees that also have some sort of oversight of different parts of DHS.

TSA is obligated to cooperate with Congress because Congress funds it. If they don’t cooperate, or don’t answer a question about a program, it will get de-funded.
