Congrats Matt! I am happy that I am not the only progressive Christian around. I love that you can blend science and faith and show that you don’t have to be an irrational emotionally based person (like I can be sometimes) in order to be a person of faith. You’re one of those jellies whose response I can’t wait to read because I know it will be thoughtful and reasoned and probably provide me with an “ah ha” moment. You make my world bigger.

I’ve noticed that Matt only seems to have free time once a week, usually on the weekend (Sunday, I believe) to participate here, @Judi. I may be wrong, but it is the pattern I’ve noticed when waiting on him to respond to threads. He’s one of my favorite contributors.
