Which president said something along the lines of this quote [see inside for details]?

I can’t remember the quote. But the President said something along the lines of, “I wish I would’ve took a stroll around the rose garden.”

The main thing was he wish he had more time to think about all very heavy decisions Presidents make in the U.S.A.
