Does anyone know any RPG video games with romance in them?

Star Wars: The Old Republic (heterosexual relationships but now with some same-sex “flirts”.)

Fable (all but I’m not sure about the Kinect one).

And how could I forget “Monster Girl Quest”.

Er, anyway, Mass Effect 1, though if you already have 2 and 3 that may be a little silly. Baldur’s Gate 2 (oldie but damn is it good).

Also, not an RPG, and not a romance, per se, but Dead Space 1 and 2 have a really, really interesting love story.

Not on those platforms, no, but I know of several on PS or PS2… Valkyrie Profile and Star Ocean 2, for instance, have storylines that develop differently depending on how you cultivate relationships between characters.
