Have you ever accomplished something that you thought, "never in a million years am I going to be able pull this off"?

Yes I have. But it would take nearly a million years to explain.

It remains to be seen. I want to live past my 100th birthday (about 30 years from now). I’ll let you know how that works out.

well, I saved a woman’s life by suicide when I did volunteer work over the phone and my seventh grade art teacher held up my painting in front of the entire class. I almost fainted. She said, “I like it.”
I got a couple homes I was sure I’d never get. Boy. Was I thrilled. Not so sure that would be an accomplishment, though, since I didn’t pay for them. lol

I gained tons of weight after being very sick and confined to bed for a long time. Since October, I have lost 80 pounds! I can run 10 miles without feeling like I’m going to die on the spot. I’m feeling amazing, but I never thought I’d actually be in shape to this extent.

Yep, a longterm divorce 10 years ago launched me into territories never before explored. Not only am I a survivor I am a thriver! Building my own life has been the greatest challenge and greatest joy.

Yup!! I’ve been interviewing for (one of) the job(s) of my dreams for the past month and I had my last interview in a series of three this past Wednesday. Yesterday (Monday) morning I literally jumped out of my bed when I checked my email on my phone and saw that I had a new message with a job offer! I had been keeping my expectations low due to the real possibility of a rejection and I wasn’t really expecting to get it…I still can hardly believe it. I’ve been on cloud nine since getting the offer! :)

Haven’t got murdered yet. I take small steps.
