Anyone know a good spicy chicken salad dressing?

If you have a Thai grocery or well stocked Oriental Market that covers more than just Chinese food, pick up a bottle of Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce and try it. It’s also great for just dipping chicken, duck or turkey.

I make a curried chicken salad with diced chicken, halved green grapes or golden raisins, chopped walnuts, diced celery, mayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper.

It is very good.

Add minced, fresh ginger to the above recipe.

Or if you don’t want to make one, Trader Joe’s Soy Sesame Vinaigrette is delicious, but I’m not sure you have a TJ’s in England.
