She is actually incredibly difficult to book – You have to reach out to her bookers at the Jane Goodall Institute: http://www.janegoodall.org
She travels most of the year, and I was told her schedule can fill up 8 months in advance. She gets more requests that she can accomodate so she turns down a fair amount of invitations. I put in a request last year and was turned down…it might help if you have some personal connections of if someone in your school’s anthropology department has a specific reason to reach out to her. She’s a fascinating woman and a great speaker though- Good luck!

Why her specifically? If you tell us what subject you are after we might be able to point you in the direction of acceptable substitutes without rock star status.

its cooler to have people with rock star status

it’s also significantly more expensive and often impossible to book less than a year ahead. even someone not as well known can be expensive. an organization I am involved with tried to get richard louv to come talk about nature deficit disorder and the fee was 5 grand and he booked 9 months ahead.
