Have you ever played Dungeons and Dragons as a god?

First edition. Where gods run on power points. 10 points for ability score raised 1. 40 points for wish spell. Ranks are
Temporal initiate, Celestial, Empyreal, Eternal and Hierarch.

No. The DM is god. That’s more than enough gods for one campaign.

I’ve had friends that ran demigod campaigns in 3rd edition. I maintained my half-elf bard. The game is much more fun when you could possibly lose.
