When using Word etc., for an ad, how do you have the telephone number for everyone to tear off?

Use Excel, rotate the cell.

Edited the text didn’t appear until clicked on answer the second time.

In word you can insert a table at the end of the flyer:
1) Table => Insert Table (from the top menu)
2) write the phone number you want, whatever
3) select the text you want to rotate
4) right button click the selection, and select Text Direction.
5) you can then change the alignment
