It is currently free for the holidays till tomorrow sometime. Not to mention awesome sales still going. Skyrim was like 7 bucks and many others on sale.

Just wanted to mention it, I mean its free can’t beat that! :)

Servers are being flooded and there is some downtime at moment hopefully it will be up soon.

PS You will need steam for it, which is also free and awesome.

I was completely uninterested in the entire zombie genre from the beginning.
So the answer is “no”.

I think I’d have to blame The Walking Dead to a degree for it becoming so popular lately.

Thought L4D2 versus was so much fun though! Charging someone off a building or smoking someone as they hang off the ledge for help. Some zombie games are boring and bland though.

Yeah, I dunno. Somehow the zombie thing doesn’t particularly do it for me. I think it has to do with my knee-jerk reactions against anything that gets too popular in geek/hacker culture though…the pirate thing was really wearing thin for a while and when people say “simples!” now I find it pretty annoying. But anyway, like a lot of women I’m not particularly much for the shooters….getting shot in the head on repop 15 times never did it for me…but the teamwork aspect of L4D is kind of nice.

This reminds me of something I was musing about earlier though….which is: Christmas Day “LAN” party?

Zombies? Pass. If I wanted to see zombies, I’d tell my wife she can’t have coffee.

Wow even for free people don’t want it haha.

However I did grab the Deus Ex HR deal for 5€.

Oh nice, I recently got Sanctum 2 from Humble Bundle, that place is great for deals too.

Plus can donate however much to charities, developers,or combination.

@ragingloli Yes, I had to get the Director’s Cut to complete my collection. I also finally added Skyrim to my collection. At 75% off, how could I not?

Free today on steam! Haven’t played yet but I’ll definitely be checking it out, still though not my fancy but I’ll give it an honest shot.

Once you install you keep it forever, not like a free for weekend kind of thing. From forums on there so you don’t think I’m pulling your leg.

“To celebrate the holidays in a special way this year, Left 4 Dead 2 will be free until 10AM PST 12/26.

It will be free as in, grab it now, pay no money, and it is yours to keep forever – FOR FREE!

To claim your L4D2 gift, all you need to do is install it.

To help spread the holiday cheer, all current players can earn the achievement – Ghost of Christmas Present – Spread cheer by helping a free holiday player survive a campaign.

Once you install herpes, you keep that forever too, but I don’t want herpes either.

Is that how herpes works? Better update my anti virus! Hahaha
