Does anyone know of a free movie editing software program?

I want to start making small movies,downloaded from a digital camera. Does anyone know of any free programs that are easy to use? The easy to use part is important. Thank you.

windows movie maker is old but still works for basic stuff and is pretty simple.

I found AVIDEMUX good but confusing at first.

I have also used FREEMAKE a lot – it’s pretty simply but may be adequate for your purpose.

Try VLC or VideoPad Video Editor I personally use VLC since it does so many things like playback, edit, record and I even use it for watching torrent files online.
