Why won't my screen shrink?

I’m working on a Tosheba tablet. I can’t make the screen any smaller. I can make it bigger so that it’s GIANT then make it go back down a bit but it won’t go below that. I can’t see anything but three of the lines I’m typing and the letters are like size 90 font.
