How to describe my meta data for WP blog?

I have a social media WordPress blog. I’d like for an expert to take a look at it and help me decide whether I should manually create meta data or let it be generated automatically. Also, if you know of a good plug-in for meta data, please share. I’m not allowed to post a direct link to the blog here, but if you’re willing to take a look, post here and I’ll send a link via PM. Meta Tags were created early on to provide concise information about a website. Meta tags list information about the web page, such as the author, keywords, description, type of document, copyright, and other core information.

You should write your own meta description because you want to stick your KEYWORDS in the meta description. You also want to make sure the description is a real attention grabber because the meta description is what shows up in a Google/Bing search result.

You use the description to let the searcher know that your article has the information they’re looking for.

Use the WordPress SEO by Yoast plugin. It makes life easy.
