What might be some flaws you generally notice in guys?

When I say “generally” I mean flaws that you see in at least most guys. Or some flaws that might be common in guys you’ve dated, or hung out with, or so on. This can be flaws that need to be worked on, or flaws that are completely harmless (even though it’s a flaw, it doesn’t exactly affect you in any way, but it’s something that it’s noticeable).
