I’ll be back to break the set tomorrow.

@filmfann Thanks, what does that mean?

She says, “I’ll see you back here to break the set tomorrow.” This is a reference to the title of her show, which is Breaking the Set.

Okay then that makes sense.

By the way, from the article “Martin hosts the show “Breaking The Set,” which is described as “show that cuts through the pre-written narrative that tries to tell you what to think, and what to care about.”
So, this is an opinionist then. So why is this a news story if her role normally, is not supposed to be to just present the facts

@flo Notice that the story you linked to is actually about Liz Wahl, not Abby Martin. Wahl decided to quit while on the air and accused her station of whitewashing the news. She cited Martin as her inspiration, but her actions were a bit more inflammatory than what Martin did.

@SavoirFaire Thanks but I clicked on the search result ”....Abby Martin….” I don’t think there was the other lady’s name.

“I protest that I am not allowed to wear clothes and makeup that present me as the serious professional journalist that I am. My employer is a pimp” I wonder if that would be inflammatory.

@flo I’m talking about the link you posted in the question. The entire article is about Wahl.

@SavoirFaire I know what you meant. I click on the first search result title, (edited: that also happened) to display Abby Martin’s name in bold, and Martin’s video right next to it. I will post the link to it search result page if I can find it.
