How much does it cost to replace a car window?

Depends on where you do it, I’d guess 500 bucks.

When I had my window replaced, it was closer to @nikipedia’s estimate.

I had mine broken couple of months ago. The guy originally said around €150 (almost $200). But when I actually went to pay they added all sorts of extras (such as 1 hour’s work to supposedly clean my car from the broken glass, which they didn’t) and I ended up paying €493 with taxes etc (over $600).

Mind you, all this was in Germany, and I’m pretty sure it’s much cheaper in the US.
