How do I make a YouTube video with my laptop COREi5 windows 8 ?

Does it cost money? Do I need to log on once a month or is it last forever?

you need to make the video in a video editing program, you tube is just for putting the video on, and yes, it’s free and forever.

In Windows 8 there should be a App that will capture video from the camera. It should just save it to someplace and then youtube will upload it and do all the conversion and give you a URL.
