That is not something that can be counted on all the time. I think around the times I first made out with someone, I was able to ejaculate that way pretty quickly. But other times I’ve been very horny and dry humping a bit and nothing. So that’s an unreliable way to “finish” for me, at least.

I would not. No amount of making out or dry humping has ever been enough on its own to get me all the way to orgasm. Not when I was 15, and certainly not now.
