How often do you get all dolled up just for yourself because it makes you happy?

How many times a week, month, or year do you get dolled up just because it makes you happy and for no other person or reason than it makes you smile? When you are not expecting anyone over, you are not going anywhere but staying in for the evening to watch TV, post to Fluther, just relax and listen to music, do you apply full make up, put on the good jewelry, pearls, gold, and gems, an evening gown or cocktail dress, your best shoes, etc. then just hang out around the house by yourself? If dolling and dressing to the 9s up is just for sake it makes you feel good or your own personal happiness, why not do it more often?
