No, but I was married by the Chief of the Shawnee Nation, Chief Joseph Raincrow.
He married me to the Earth Mother of the Kispoko Sept, which is the tribe of Tecumseh.
A friend of mine is a captain on a tourist based scenic your boat. Part of the job requirement is to be ordained. He marries people off regularly. His company keeps the fee for his services.
He gets an extra $20. They charge $250. He had to pay for his own license, too.
@GloPro That drives me crazy. It’s just so out of whack it pisses me off. Why not give the guy half of it? Incredible.
