What shall I do with my berries?

My garden has flopped under the stress of all these storms. The hail was especially punnishing.
I have black raspberries, however, growing wild along the back edge of the property, and this year they are showing off.
I have some ways I like to eat them, but with so many more on the way, I thought I’d experiment. I don’t have a pressure cooker, so jam, jelly, canning is out.
I would like to know all the ways you like raspberries, and new ideas you think of.
