General Question
Text not displaying properly...
recently had to install new copy of xp on new drive. since, i get some weird text rendering, like & # 39 ; in place of ' . this must be a simple fix, but i've tried every possible browser text encoding setting, and several different browsers, without success. as you can see, this doesn't happen in text boxes such as just used to compose this question.
