My groin injury hasn't healed much over 15 years, what can I do (NSFW)?

I was punched in my left testicle and I was brought down flat on the kitchen floor 15 years ago. It only mildly healed and the doctor says that he can’t do anything. My testicle is outside of the inner pouch and needs constant pressure to sleep at night. Is there another treatment other than removal? old question I went to an urologist and they confirm that my testicle is out side my inner layer of skin and they didn’t know what to suggest.
