It is possible to recover all the data lost from my iPhone 5 s?

How long have you had the phone?

When was the last time you backed up your info to your computer/ iTunes account?

Your contacts should be on your SIM card.

If it wasn’t backed up on the cloud or iTunes, you can’t.

If these data have been backed up before, you can recover them via iTunes or iPhone data recovery tools;

If you didn’t back up your contacts and messages, you can recover part of your information using professional recovery utilities (Search them in Google) to recover them.

But you can’t tranfer the retrieved SMS messages back to your iPhone as they don’t have the fixed format.
