Can you show me a picture of perfectly cooked roast?

Not really because the actual perfectly cooked roast is exactly the way YOU like it…NOT me!!! I prefer for mine to be just a little pink on the inside with a nice crust on the outside. I don’t want it bloody…just slightly pink. My bff prefers hers done all the way through. When in doubt, I go exactly by the recipe that I’ve chosen & then cook longer or less time until I find the perfect time to suit me!!!

My friend’s well done roast has excellent flavor & I’m not sure that mine is much better than hers. She would argue that hers is perfect & mine isn’t done. When I’m eating at her house & she cooks a roast, I eat it & enjoy. Due to her attitude, I make it a point to never cook roast when she[‘s coming to my house to eat.
