Check out the divisional NCAA rankings for volleyball or watch the sports channels for volleyball matches. Colleges spend money on scholarships for the sports that bring in the money, i.e. television exposure. That might generate some leads that you could contact. They’d have to be very very talented and physically gifted, but it’s worth a shot.
