Where can I find a small waterproofed shoulder carrying bag for a case?

I have a case like this link and I would like to put this case into a waterproofed shoulder carrying bag of the same size as the case and zips open in the same style as the case. Something like this link but with a shoulder carrying strap.

Where can I purchase something like this? Can you help me find one?

Those are good, but the dimensions are all too big. The hard case would wobble around inside the bigger messenger bag.

I need the bag to match the size of the hard case, so it’s a snuggle fit. It is a small case, like around 9×4x4. I was thinking more in the lines of something like this link1 , link2

The images are of a camera bag though and it isn’t waterproofed, however, it is close to the size of the hard case that I have, and it has a shoulders strap. All that is missing is a similar size and waterproofing.

Is there something similar to this camera bag but called something else?
