Favorite crock pot recipe?

It’s rainy and cold, perfect crock pot weather. But no matter what I’m cooking in the crock pot, it always seems to taste the same (fine, just the same).
Do you have a favorite recipe?

Corned beef with cabbage is my favorite crock pot meal, followed closely by pot roast and Swiss steak.
Rump roast with onions, baby carrots and potatoes. Cooked for hours!
Also, onion soup.
Pour a can of beef broth into your crock pot.
Take a bunch of onions and saute them and put them in the crock pot.
Cube or tear up some good French bread and put that in the crock pot. The more bread you put in, the thicker it will be.
Cook forever. The longer, the better.
Technically it’s supposed to be served in individual dishes, with browned Swiss cheese on top, but I just put the shredded cheese in the bottom of my bowl and let the hot soup melt it.
It is SO good!
