Where can I find the plans to build a CO2 car launcher?

This is my first year teaching the CO2 car program. However, I don’t know where to start to build the car launcher. The school won’t pay for the commercial bought starter. So I was planning on building it myself. Is there a plan that explains the size, position, etc. of the launcher?

That is such a neat project. I buy cartridges from Pyramyd Air in bulk for about $0.50 each. Also Swiss Arms sells them in boxes of 20.

Read up on how a CO2 cartridge works. You will learn a lot and it will help you decide how to best use them.

My company can make anything. Anything. We cannot figure out how Crosman can make those cartridges with such precision and sell them at a profit for only 50 cents. Incredible.
