I have had a few friends that were guys who had what seem like perfect relationships with women, or vice versa, but they were never a romantic couple; even though many thought they should. They complemented each other so well, they never fought, and could talk about anything, or share anything but never grew to be romantically inclined for each other. Have you ever been a perfect match with someone of the opposite sex but never became a couple? Do you have any theories why you never became a romantic couple?

I’ve been close friends with these two boys since we were babies. Johnathan and Joseph. They’re brothers. People are constantly telling Johnathan and I should give it a shot, or people are convinced that we’re just sleeping together. We’re not. Not because there’s anything stopping us, but because we like the friendship that we have and feel no need for anything different.
The funny part is that there was once something between Joseph and I, but people still think I should be with Johnathan, because we didn’t broadcast our short lived romance.
