Does clicking on the RSS logo take you to Soundcloud?

Asked by flo (13313points) February 21st, 2015

For example you are some website, and you click on the logo of RSS. Does it give you the content of RSS except the tab shows Soundcloud’s logo?

The RSS favicon and the Soundcloud one are just very similar. It would be easy to confuse the two but they are different.

@johnpowell They look distinct fom each other to me except the color (orange and white).

Is this a problem for you? And which browser are you using? (Perhaps a screenshot, both of the page where you click the icon, and of the resulting content with the Soundcloud logo?)

@Vincentt I didn’t check it, I’m not wild about the site in question so I don’t go there. I was told about it by someone I trust. Since then she clicked on the iTunes icon and the Soundcloud icon, and the tabs displayed the iTunes icon and the word iTunes, the Soundcloud icon and the word Soundlcoud. But she clicked the RSS icon the tab showed the name of the show, as in ” whatever the name of the show is “the Bob Smith show” let’s say. I have told her to send a screenshot to them.

It’s really hard to tell what the problem is here, so yeah, a screenshot would help :)

@Vincentt I’m searching Google Images for a screenshot that includes the tab.

@Vincentt there are tons of sites that display those 3 icons for podcast. You could see for yourself. I mean maybe not all the sites have the problem but…
