Can one special order chicken cartilage from a butcher ?

From the wings and drumstick joints. I find that the joints have the perfect taste and texture.

Dude, that’s gross. Running to collect eggs from my happy little hens now. haha
Okay..seriously, why not just render your own joints from a whole chicken?
Don’t forget to serve with a nice Chardonnay and some Fava beans Hannibal. lol

Here…you might want to order some of these Dong Tao chickens bred for their beefy legs in Vietnam. Watch it through for the cartilage ref. Gak!
