What are real signs that someone is flirting with you? Male and Female?

I am wondering what you all think counts as flirting. What are different ways that you’ve been approached? How do you discern the line between nice and flirting? How do you know if it is REALLY flirting? Lastly…How do you pick up on when you are being flirted with?
