What's the difference between a dead banker and a dead skunk lying in the road?

Real joke I heard when I was in banking doing farm loans. This started in the Midwest.

They both stink? XD

The skunk was hit by accident, but the banker was purposely hit? XD

People try and avoid running over the dead skunk. The banker makes a better target.

(By the way, I heard the same joke but with ‘lawyer’ in place of banker.
