Call the local authorities.

Everything does not have to be vetted by the internet, current entertainment/media notwithstanding.

Depending upon where you live, there may be a local college/university offering classes in forensic anthropology. The chairman of that DEPT. could guide you further and a lot more accurately than most of us here.

Due to the popularity of shows like the various CSI locations or Bones, there has been an increasing demand by those seeking to work in this field so many schools have added this field to their curriculum.

As mentioned above, post your pic to an image sharing site (most are free) and send that in your initial email of inquiry.
