Does the DNA Genome Project include pot?

Also do they include other illegal plants? What is not collected?

There is no such thing as the DNA Genome Project. If you mean the Human Genome Project, the answer is that it only focuses on human DNA.

@talljasperman Okay, that’s different. There are two major seed bank projects: the Millennium Seed Bank and the Svalbard Global Seed Vault. The goal of the Millennium Seed Bank is to collect and store seeds from every plant species in existence, and the Svalbard Global Seed Vault is a sort of backup facility that keeps duplicate samples (so it would also be open to storing any kind of seed).
