Do you know what this computer game (possibly an Internet game) is?

Asked by RikhardRavindraTanskanen (76points) July 31st, 2015

In 2000 or 2001 when I was four and five, respectively, in England where my family lived at the time, I saw my elder sister playing a game on the computer. It was about Ancient Egypt, and I might remember her navigating her character on the screen, but I am not sure. Anyways, she lost a game, and the computer said on the screen in black lettering that she was the “dead brain”, obviously a reference as I knew then to the ancient Egyptian practice of drawing the brain through the nostrils (I cannot remember if all the words were capitalized, if only the first letters on each word were capitalized, if only the words “dead brain” were capitalized, or if only the first words of the words “dead brain were capitalized).

After that, although I remember and remembered then that I had before previously been in rooms alone, I became scared of being in rooms alone, and whenever I was in rooms alone in my home, I would leave to find someone else. My mother noticed this, and assumed it was due to watching the 60s “Scooby-Doo” cartoon on Cartoon Network or Cartoon Network 2 (I forget which one it was on, or if it was on both) and one day frowned at me and said, “It’s because you been watching Scooby-Doo on television!” (I know, it sounds stupid, but although I didn’t like it for years, and still don’t, although I didn’t understand at the time, I know realize she was just being concerned for me). Worried that she wouldn’t let me watch “Scooby-Doo” anymore, I quickly said, “No, Mom! It was the dead brain!” (I was too young to describe it) to which she didn’t understand and still frowned. For years I was scared to be in rooms alone, including after we moved to Canada in 2004 when I was eight, but I eventually got over it (possibly as late as the spring or summer of 2010 when I was 14 or 2011 when I was 15, but I am not sure).

If it was a computer game that my elder sister had, I’ve never seen its C-D and it’s gone now. As I have said before, it might have been an Internet game – she seemed to be on a website, adding further credence to this idea, but I am not sure – but I am not sure.

So, do you know what the computer game was? I would really like to know. The mystery (sorry for sounding stupid, and I apologize) has bugged me for years.

Do you remember what you were supposed to do in the game? Or what a level looked like? Your description is a bit too vague.
