What is the name of the Carmilla fanfiction I am searching?

I am in searching of a carmilla fanfiction. I don’t remembre the name or where I got to read it.

Basicly Laura has sex with carmilla on several occasions. One time while the Vampire is held hostage. Laura opens her restrains and later binds her again.

It really drives me nuts that I can’t find it.
