Where can I find middle supports for a Vono metal bed frame?

I have a mahogany bed with Vono metal side supports. The cheep wooden cross supports for the mattress have all snapped and I’d like to upgrade to metal center cross supports. Where do I find something compatible with a vono?

This seems adjustable enough to have a good chance of fitting any reasonably standard bed frame.
