Have ever been really REALLY pranked?

Was it hilarious or did it make you upset and want to beat the hell out of the pranker? Should there be a line that should not be crossed all in the name of fun?
IMO murderous clowns ambushing unsuspecting people is a line that is going more than a bit too far. Have you ever been pranked in an over the top fashion?

When I was about 6 years old, my Dad made me believe that Santa had sneaked into the house and put a load of presents under the Christmas tree, and then left before I could spot him.

When I was 16 my sister dosed my soft tacos from Taco Bell. I had never done any sort of mind altering substances other than beer and it was pretty terrifying.
It wasn’t funny. Her twins are 14. Just saying.
When I was a kid my uncle offered to take me to Disneyland. Only he didn’t actually take me to Disneyland. Instead he drove me to a burnt-out old warehouse or something and said “Oh no! Disneyland burned down!”. I was upset and started crying, but looking back on it now I think it was a pretty good joke.
Has anybody been pranked as an adult, or is it just stuff that’s been done to little kids?

Yes, once in the 80s, when I was working in the software business, a bunch of the guys went out and picked up my car and turned it sideways in the parking space wedging it in between two other cars.
I did find it funny (I was amazed they had successfully executed it), and I was working so late that the other cars were gone by the time I went to leave that night.
@marinelife….me and 6 Frat brothers did that to a Frat brothers car at college. I wish he had your sense of humor. We found it pretty hilarious he didn’t. :)
